Situated within the iconic octagonal floor plate of The Center, the headquarters for The Law Society of Hong Kong redefines institutional architecture in a high-density commercial core. Spanning 2,145 square metres, the project bridges the gravity of a century-old regulatory body with the transparent, human-centric needs of 14,000 members and the public.

Located at a prominent junction between the commercial density of Times Square and the greenery of Happy Valley, the new HKIA premise is defined by the concept of being connected on three primary layers: visual, programme, and movement.

Skypark Business Centre South is a landmark development situated at the threshold of Luxembourg Airport, representing a paradigm shift in transit-oriented workspace design.
